Yoga studios join together to celebrate fitness during the 13th Annual DFW Free Day of Yoga.

This Labor Day, the yoga studios throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area will open their doors to offer free classes as part of the 13th annual DFW Free Day of Yoga. From sunrise to sunset, studios across the Metroplex participate as a way to welcome people of every age and every fitness level to try yoga for the first time, experience a new style of yoga or share with family and friends. 

Indra’s Grace: A Yoga & Meditation Studio is so excited to offer Free Day of Yoga at our Fort Worth location. Classes will be held at 9:00am and 10:30am to help raise awareness of all the wonderful physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga. All ages and all levels welcome.

Yoga when practiced regularly becomes an excellent form of preventative health. Simple movements from head to toe help strengthen, stretch, and tone the entire neuromusculoskeletal system. Breath work reduces stress levels and boosts the immune system.

Yoga has many benefits to offer for beginners as well as for those who have practiced for years. It’s been around for centuries but is as relevant today as ever. The top reasons to practice Yoga include: stress relief, pain relief, better breathing, flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning, focusing on the present and inner peace.
