Construction of The Cooper Underway on Rosedale

A new multi-family project is now under construction on Rosedale. The Cooper is the latest project from Dallas-based development firm Lang Partners, the company behind The Monarch Apartments at Rosedale and 8th Avenue.

The Cooper will be the largest multi-family project yet to be constructed in the Near Southside, with 390 units. The five-story project spans the two blocks between College and Adams along Rosedale and will include a controlled access six-story parking garage. High-end finishes like chefs’ kitchens with quartz countertops, walk-in glass showers, high ceilings, and custom-designed walk-in closets will be included in the apartments, lofts, and townhomes. The project is expected to be completed in 2020.
