Ground Breaking for The Burroughs Kitchen

The Burroughs Kitchen recently held a ground breaking ceremony for their new restaurant, coming soon to South Main Village.

Co-owners Gary Brindle and Clarence “Gauge” Xavier will offer a modern take on soulful comfort food, combining Gary’s New York City roots with Gauge’s East Fort Worth heritage.

Construction on the space is currently underway at the 1007 S. Main Street building. The Burroughs will be next door to Four Sisters, the popular Vietnamese restaurant that opened last fall. Stay tuned to their Facebook page for updates.
