Criterion CoWorking and Roots Coffeehouse Hold Groundbreaking
May 23, 2018
An exciting project is finally underway at 400 Bryan Avenue in South Main Village. Janice and Matt Townsend recently held a groundbreaking for Criterion CoWorking and the second location of their popular North Richland Hills coffee shop, Roots Coffeehouse.
Both businesses will be a welcome addition to the neighborhood. Criterion will be an open-concept co-working space for serious entrepreneurs that want to work in community. There will be a handful of private offices, dedicated desks, and open-work memberships available. Pre-selling will start in early 2019.
Roots will bring the first coffee shop to South Main Village. The 750 square foot location will feature a very similar menu to the North Richland Hills location.
The striking design is from MEL/ARCH Studio. Estimated opening date is spring 2019.
