Summer Camp at The Bastion!!!

If you have wanted to take a culinary class at The Bastion and your schedule and budget did not permit it... this summer you can try our Culinary Summer Camp Classes!

Our summer camp classes are 90 minutes long and you will learn three dishes and then take home your creations!! 

We have room for up to 8 students per class. You may select one class or sign up for the entire summer camp series!! 

-Classes begin promptly at 3pm and end at 4:30pm every Tuesday and Thursday. Each student is provided an apron and receives hands on instruction in a professional kitchen. Recipe booklets are our gift along with the goodies you make and then take with you to share with friends and family... or inhale in private!

-Our first session begins June 13th and ends June 29th. 

-Classes are $75 each, plus tax and gratuity.

If you want to book all six classes the cost is $400, plus tax and gratuity. Prepaid reservations only.

Our 10 course tasting menu dinners will resume at the end of July with a surprise tour of one of Chef Riccetti's favorite culinary destinations!
