Magnolia Avenue Street Tree Improvement

In late August 2018, Near Southside, Inc. worked with an outside contractor to prune all the street trees along West Magnolia Avenue to improve their overall health and appearance.
As the work is completed, the current tree lights are being removed from these trees in preparation for installation of new lights. The current lights had been in disrepair for some time, and in some cases were hindering the proper growth of the trees. The new lights will provide an improved look and give Magnolia its nighttime sparkle back.
